The ELE  Group strategy is driven by our commitment to the continued investment in both equipment and people.  We are delighted therefore to announce a major change to our organisation which has the objective of continuing to improve the service we provide our customers.

With effect from 17th November, Barry Pratt has joined ELE as Sales Director, with responsibility for developing new business opportunities.

Peter Palij has now taken over the position of Commercial Director, responsible for contract negotiations and managing the execution of our customers’ orders. Plus he will be developing a focused Customer Relationship Strategy.

Our objective is to ensure that our customers remain at the core of all that we do and we are confident that by strengthening our sales and commercial functions, we will enhance the service we provide.

Barry has worked throughout his career in the engineering industry and has specialist knowledge of the IGT, Aerospace and the oil and gas sectors. He joins us from PAS Technologies where he was Vice President of Business Development. His knowledge covers the supply chain and product lifecycles; from OEM, castings, machining, coating / special processes and repair.

Peter is of course well known to all of the ELE customers and he will continue to look after all their contracts and enquiries. Therefore any discussions you are currently having with Peter will continue and be unaffected by this change.
